Hello!

My name is Kristal and I am looking to move out of the country. I am really hoping to land in Accra, Ghana, but I am willing to go just about anywhere to get out of the USA. I have worked in the food and beverage industry all of my life and have had the privilege of doing some really fun things. I don't mean to sound desperate... but I am. I am excited about the adventure! It's only me and I travel light so let me know if you have any advice for my next steps.

Ready to GO!

You sound like you are ready for an adventure. While I'm sure you will love Ghana you need to make some preparations. You will need vaccinations. If you Google it you will find those recommend but yellow fever is mandatory. You need a visitor's visa which will allow you to stay for at least 3 months. Accommodation is not cheap in Ghana but you can look on airbnb for places to stay. To work you need to find an employer willing to get you a work permit and residents permit. African Americans have different requirements so you can look into that. Good luck with your move
