Legitimacy of company

Tersia

I was offered a job by MV Dornars Construction Limited in Accra but cannot get any verifiable information.  Before I embark on a long and costly journey could anyone please tell me whether the company really exists. I was also provided with contact details of lawyers, i.e. Wilson Chalmers Chambers in Accra.  Does anyone know about this law firm?  Any info will be greatly appreciated.

I was offered a job by a Company by the name of MV Dornars Construction Limited. I signed the contract and sent it back to the company, who on return send me an e-mail stating that all applications were forwarded to their Lawyers. They informed me that I was to pay 995GBP into a Account for my visa and other expenses and then my visa would be delivered by courier to my doorstep witin 3 working days. I went to transfer the money this morning but on instinct decided against it. After several phone calls to different numbers the same guy answered the phhone every time. How can I find out whether this Company is Legitimate and actually exists?

If you have to send money avoid the company. A legitimate company would cover the cost of getting you a visa.
