I recently got a Job offer in Riyadh for17k (basic 11k+ housing 4k+ 2k transportation).

1. Is it a good salary for a family of 3 to live a comfortable life?

2. With this salary how much do you think can I save per month? I understand it depends on the lifestyle but still just trying to get a rough idea.

3. Is working hour 9 hours with (1 hour break) or 8 hours total from when you start working?

4. The weekend is only 1 day. Is it normal for international private Startup companies? Or should I negotiate for 2 days weekend?

Try to negotiate for 2 days - it depends on mangement if it is a Saudi based company.

Your expenses will be around 7-10k for an average lifestyle all inclusive.

Working hours vary and you will only get an idea once you join the company

Better is if you could find someone on LinlkedIn in your new company and try to talk to him

I would say you would be able to save around 3-4k a month also to account for schooling and everything. 1 day off a week is pretty standard practice. Ideally if you can have a 90 day probation for both you and the employer to see if it works out for you in a new job would be good or you would have to manage for the entire contract length.
