Bank Transfers after Final Exit VISA has been issued

Hi all!

I am currently on a final exit VISA and the last payment has been issued by the company. Now, I am unable to do any transfers and when I went to the bank, they told me they need a written confirmation by my employer, signed and stamped, that confirms that a final-exit VISA has been issued to me.

I asked my employer and they did not know about any such document and online, I only read that I need to present my Iqama. However, I did so at the bank and they explicitly said that I need a document issued by my employer, signed and stamped.

Was anybody here in a similar situation and can confirm if that is correct or just advise on what to do in order to have proper access to my money?
