If you have to pay, it's either a very bad deal or a scam.
Take your pick, but I wouldn't have anything to do with them
I have also paid 107 usd for 100 candidates and waiting for the courier to reach. Even I want to know whether cohen employment group exist in israel.
@Mercy Ifeanyiuju
Did you get the parcel from cohen employment group or not, Because we have also paid 10700$ as per there advice and waiting for courier
@md72

Of course it's a scam.
Any job that asks you to pay first is.
Forget any money you have sent, and watch out for identity theft if you have sent them any documents
What's betting the next post is someone asking if they are scammers?
@Mercy Ifeanyiuju
Did you paid the courier charges, and get that paracel - @George Pg
Do people actually believe you have to pay for a package?

Forget the cash - it's been stolen
I've been saying for some time I will set up a fake employment agency.
I can make an absolute fortune.
I will get you a visa with a job that pays $10,000/month - all you have to do is pay me $20, then book a flight through my partner company - idiotair.con
@George Pg
Real - @akshay agolapu
So you're saying a company with two fake addresses that advertises using Indian style syntax is real.
Add that they ask for three payments and we have a classic Indian job scam.
It's as real as seeing a pink donkey on the 31st of February
Here's how my application has gone so far. Please note that I'm not endorsing yet, I'm just sharing my personal experience.
I got the job, and paid the courier fees to SOVA Express to receive my original documents which I have received.
I paid the notary Public in my country (Nigeria) to notarise the documents.
I paid the hospital in my country for the required test; aids, tuberculosis, syphilis and hepatitis a,b and c.
I paid the fees for police clearance certificate to the police in my country.
I have sent these documents to the employer to verify and submit to the ministry of interior in Israel to get an employment invitation which I need to take to the embassy in my country to apply for a B1 work visa because my country is not part of the countries that gets visa on arrival in Israel.
When I get the letter of invitation I have the following expenses :
1. Visa fees, paid to the embassy on the day of the visa interview
2. Insurance, to be paid to any acceptable insurance company of your choice.
3. Flight fare. To be paid to the airline of your choosing. But if you book your flight using a partner airline, your flight fare will be refunded after the the three months probation period.
4. Of course you need a little extra cash... call it miscellaneous.
Again, I'm an applicant and this is my experience so far. Only time I can endorse is when I get to Israel and start working.

Recently a friend of mine received his documents through Cohen group's courier company. He prepared all necessary documents and filled out the application form and sent them to Cohen group's HR team to make an appointment at visa center in my country. But Cohen sent an email to my friend that his application is filled incorrectly ( without mentioning the mistake in the application) he has been trying to change the information in his application and keeping send it to Cohen HR team. I will update everyone here if I have news.
We also contacted the Israel Embassy in my country to verify the Authenticity of Cohen Group. Embassy confirmed that Cohen has Licence.
