Hey Chantel.. don't worry, I feel the same way too.. Even though now my french is better than 2 years ago. It is still difficult for me to be friends with the french.. I cannot even really connect with the girlfriends of my boyfriend's friend (they're all french - oh lala.. a bit complicated for the description, haha). And somehow my boyfriend accused me for being not friendly to them... @_@ I think he could not understand how a foreigner has a big difficulties to make friends here in France...

I used to be complained frim my bf also when im only asian lady and cannot speak French and they all speak about everything in French. Well im thinking to move to Marseille or Aix soon. If the made choice is Marseille. Lets hang out ) hoping to make some friends here too cause ill be there alone and have a lot of free time:) see u around.
