As far I have I seen Lyon only really does pizza/kebabs as take out - if anyone does know of a good asian food take out place I would certainly be very interested. I hope you get some replies here!!!  good luck

There is a decent asian take out in Part Dieu mall (69003), it is called Veng Hour. It is open all day long, but it closes around 8 P.M. I think.
Another asian one, located in Presqu'ile (69002), close to Place des Jacobins, is in rue de l'Ancienne Préfecture. It is just called "Fast food". Though the place looks awful, the food is ok.
Much modern, you can keep an eye on Mendo (69007 + 69002). It is a restaurant, but they also do take out.
Please, avoid delivery at Mr Phang. If it has any taste, it is not a good one.

Lookinf for French or European take out ?
Inside les Halles de Lyon (69003), you can try Cellerier, or L'ilot des Gourmands. Both of them are a bit expensive, but real good.
In the 6th arrondissement, 22 rue Duquesne, try Thierry's specials ! They are great. The shop looks a bit old but the food is awsome.
Classic take out in Lyon at Pignol's : place Bellecour or Rue Vendôme. Classy and tasty.

Roughly, I'd say they'll all accept cheque restaurant.
