Hi everyone ! Just joined the community, I’m 24 and French. I’m planning to live in Mauritius this year ! Do y’all have any recommendations to apply for a job as an expatriate person ? Also I’ll be visiting the island for a week in may, and I’ll be exiting to meet people who can introduce me their country !

Have you already downloaded the expat guide ?

Thank you !

I'm looking for a job in administration or in sales. To be honest, I'm multi-tasking, but I have a sales spirit.

Not yet but I will.

Hi Gordon

I'm a 62 year old male looking to retire with my wife to mauritius, was the application process straight forward ? What area are you living in ? Any advice greatfully received.

We are coming in March to have a look around.

Many thanks

Craig

Hi

Hope you are all well in the beautiful Mauritius.

I have recently retired in Port Elizabeth, South Africa and would love to work in Mauritius as house or pet sitter.

I am still a young and energetic 59 year lady and love to take walks and hiking.

We do have dogs, cats, bunnies and a horse on our plot so i am able to look after any of these animals.

Feel free to contact me should you require the assistance i am able to provide.

Warm regards

Sylvia

@Julien

I  hope I’m doing this correctly,

Hello my name is Chris,

I’m considering retiring in Mauritius yet I don’t know anyone and I would like to meet people when I arrive to check the country out.

I’m not visiting until October yet I thought I would introduce myself and and make acquaintances to meet when I arrive.

I’m a 59 American male that loves nature, hiking, biking and Archery and the quiet simple life looking for like minded people to socialize with.

Thank and I look forward in meeting you all soon.
